Free to Fail

In this talk Jared Grove talks about our freedom to fail and how forward in faith after failure. Jared begins the talk by defining failure and then unpacking why we are scared of failure. He than breaks out several verses in the Bible that address our fear and insecurity in failure. Jared ends the talk by discussing some practicals that we can do to practice this freedom that we have from failure in Christ.

Free Rest, Work Free

In this talk Jared Wass talks about work and what it means to job search and find a job in which we can glorify God. He talks about this by comparing how the world views work to how christians should view work. He unravels this topic by talking about how work is a necessary good, that all work is significant, and we all work from approval instead of working for approval. Jared than ends the talk by asking the question: What drives me to do what I do? Fear? or approval?


Free to Succeed

During this talk Dan Grano talks about success and how we are free to act and engage people about faith because we are free to succeed in Christ. Dan unpacks this further by talking about different situations in which success can be found in evangelism, even if we don’t see them as successes.

Steve Discher, in this talk, breaks down the importance of reading the Bible and the importance of reading scripture in the life of a Christian. He dives into the needs of a christian and how the Bible helps to keep us spiritually awake and resting in the gospel


Relationships Week (Parts One and Two)

Paul & Samm Poteat in this talk about their marriage and unpack several aspects of relationships, marriage, love, and sex from a God honoring perspective. In this they share several lessons they have learned from counseling other couples as well as from their own marriage. 

Paul and Samm continue their talk on relationships by addressing more topics such as physical-ness in relationships, out looks and appearance, being honest and open in a relationship, as well as other areas. They explore these topics using examples from their own lives, and experiences that they have had to shed light on what God calls us to do in friendships and relationships alike.

Give Us Free

Dan Grano addresses the need for evangelism in this talk. He begins it by talking about a move in which the characters cry “Give us Free”. He uses this phrase as a spring board to jump into how people are enslaved to the world and to sin, and only through Christ can they be freed.

Free and Full Revelation

In this talk Steve Discher discusses how the story of the bible progresses through history as well as the unity of the story of the gospel. He tracks the story through the bible and explains the necessity of understanding the story of the gospel and than applying it to our lives.

Walking Freely

In this talk Mike Polley discusses what it means to live as a Christian. He talks about this in terms of walking and fighting and what it means to walk freely while fighting at the same time. Finally Polley ends the talk by talking about the motivations to walk with Christ and how we should think and feel about our walk with God

Freedom Under Authority

In this talk Steve Discher talks about the freedom that we have to be under authority, as well as the importance of the bible in daily life as a Christian. Steve walks through several topics about bible study and learning how to read and study the bible as a part of a Christians daily walk.

Free from Self

In this talk Mike Polley discusses the our hearts as sinful people. He walks through 4 points each to do with our hearts and desires. First he talks about our sinful hearts, than how we all have dead hearts, followed by the self destructive nature of our hearts, and finally the freedom we have in Christ from our own hearts.
